Eye Floaters
Although the real cause of eye floaters is unknown, I do have my own theories to share. My entire life I have been a person that sleeps with my eyes open. Every night I will wake up to painful eyes and especially early in the morning. I feel like this could have helped cause my particular scenario with eye floaters. If this is a situation that you find yourself in, I really have some tips for you.
First of all, buy one of those things to put over your eyes while you sleep. Not only will it force your eyes shut while your are sleeping but as an added benefit the room gets much darker, giving you he sleep you need. I use eye drops right before I go to bed and more importantly, right when I wake up in the morning. I feel like neglecting my eyes in the past is one of the reasons I have eye floaters now.
One of the main reasons for eye floaters is the type of eye you have. If you have astigmatism, you are about 300% more likely to get eye floaters than someone without it. Unforunately, you drew the short end of the stick and are stuck with floaters for your life time. That’s the bad news.
The good news is there are cures available for eye floaters. There are many vitamins that really help reduce eye floaters. Vitamins are great because they affect your eye from the inside out. Another great way to redcue or eliminate floaters is through your diet. I follow a strict food pyramid diet. Eating all of the right nutrients each day, especially ones designed for your eyes, can greatly help out your vision. Remember, eating fast food isn’t only bad for your eyes, but your entire body begins to degenerate with them. Eliminate that terrible fast food from your diet and start enriching your life with the food we were intended to eat.
